About

The RECIPE – Research Centre on Multi-Level Integration and Governance Processes was created in 2015 to promote studies on political and social processes linked to multi-level governance. Contemporary societies are characterized by increasingly complex multi-level governance, from the local to the supranational level, which interact continuously with the social, economic and cultural fabric. Integration processes at European level and, to a lesser extent, contribute to these developments that have a profound impact on the social reality.
The center’s purpose is to promote, coordinate and conduct interdisciplinary research on social dynamics, with an emphasis on medium and long term processes and comparative analysis.
